Homemade Tootsie Rolls
No one can resist the Tootsie Roll... this oblong piece of chewy, chocolate candy. Here is a recipe you can make at home. It's easy to make and takes about 5 minutes!
Homemade Tootsie Rolls
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup powdered sugar
1/4 cup dry milk powder (not instant)
1/4 cup light corn syrup
2 tablespoons butter melted
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
pinch of salt
In a large bowl, sift together the cocoa powder, powdered sugar, salt and dry milk.
Add the corn syrup, melted butter and vanilla.
Mix and knead until the dough comes together and is smooth.
Using a little dough at a time, roll into long strips and cut into desired size.
Refrigerate your tootsie rolls to firm up.
Wrap each tootsie roll in parchment or wax paper.
Makes about 30 one inch Tootsie Rolls

Easter Bunny Candy Jar
These Bunny Candy Jars are perfect for Easter treats for all your friends and family. Easy to make and sweet inside and out!
Supplies you will need:
Bunny figures from the Dollar Store
Glass jars
Hot glue gun
Spray paint primer and paint
Sand the lid and the bottom of your animal. This helps the paint adhere.
Glue your bunny figure to the lid.
Spray a coat of primer on the bunny and the lid and follow drying directions. When primer is dry, spray paint the bunny and lid the color of your choice.
Fill with Easter treats, add some twine or ribbon and Enjoy!
